The NACFC Champions' Cup is an annual continental club football competition organized by NACFC. The tournament follows a knockout format with the matches being held in two legs up to the final.

The formation of the NACFC Champions' Cup was formed in the first meeting of the NACFC which was held on the 18 September 1961. The first meeting which was held in Mexico City saw the formation of the NACFC with the talks being about creating not only the NACFC Championship which would be held two years later, but also the formation of a continental club competition similar to the Copa Libertadores that was held in South America.
