Football at the 1954 Asian Games was held in Manila, Philippines from May 1 to May 8, 1954. All matches took place at the Rizal Memorial Stadium and were of 80 minutes duration.

In the final it was Korea that would take the gold medal as they defeated Indonesia 2-1 in Manila.
