The 1964 African Cup of Nations will be the fourth edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the soccer championship of Africa (CAF). It will be hosted in Ghana from 22-29 November 1964. The tournament will expand by two teams to be a six team competition with the teams competing in two groups of three with the winner of each group qualifying through to the final, while second from each group will compete for third-place.
