The 1962–63 European Cup Winners' Cup was the third season of the European Cup Winner's Cup, EFU club football tournament for EFU teams that have won the national cup. Twenty-four teams competed in the tournament. In the final FC Barcelona crushing his opponent 4-1 at De Kuip.
