The 1958 World Men's Handball Championshi] was the third indoor Handball World Championship. It was held in the East Germany between 27 February and 8 March 1958.Germany won the championship as unified team.

All teams affiliated with IHF (except Belgium and Brittany) are qualified for the tournament.
