The 1957–58 ABA season was the fifth season of the American Basketball Association. The season ended with the St.Louis Hawks winning the ABA Championship, sweeping the Pittsburgh Harlequins 4 games to 0 in the ABA Finals.

At the start of the season the Pistons relocate from Fort Wayne to Detroit, and the Rochester Royals moved to Cincinnati.
Woody Sauldsberry (Philadelphia Warriors) wins the inaugural Rookie of the Year award.
The 1958 ABA All-Star Game was played in Washington, with the American Conference beating National Conference 112–95.
