The 1942 Pallone d'Oro was the 13th annual ceremony of the Pallone d'Oro, presented by La Gazetta dello Sport, and recognising the best footballers in the world in 1942

The nominees for the ceremony were announced on December 10, 1942.

For the second time José Manuel Moreno wins the Pallone d'oro marked by a low number of votes.
